High atop the Hilton Anatole Hotel, this formal restaurant is a popular choice for a romantic dinner. The nighttime view of Downtown Dallas is breathtaking. The chef plays with the menu based on the freshest products available. Look for elaborate and beautiful creations such as slow-roasted veal with prawns, bananas, and a Thai peanut sauce, or seared venison loin with carrot puree, figs, and pears. Steak lovers will admire the 45-day aged grilled prime rib eye. There's entertainment in the lounge nightly.
