Texas Stadium

Fodor's Review:

The days are numbered for this famed home of the Dallas Cowboys (the team will move to their new stadium in Arlington in 2009). Texas Stadium, completely surrounded by highways, has the famous hole in the roof, allowing fans to be covered while the field is exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Daily tours allow you to walk the same grounds as legends Roger Staubach, Randy White, Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, and Tony Dorsett. After the Cowboys move out, the city of Irving will redevelop the site.
