Downtown is a 10-minute drive south, and the high-end NorthPark Center mall is just across the street (be careful crossing—it's a busy street). Furnished studio, double studio, and one-bedroom apartments have fully equipped kitchens (lacking only ovens) and the highly lauded Hyatt Grand Beds. An evening reception Monday-Thursday features heavy hors d'oeuvres and beer and wine. Rates can be adjusted for lengthy stays. There's a business center on site.
