Fodor's Review:

Young professionals congregate at West Village, a mixed-use development with apartments, restaurants, bars, an art-house movie theater, and retailers such as Ralph Lauren, the Paul Frank Store, and Tommy Bahama. Grab a seat outside Starbucks, Taco Diner, or Paciugo for some excellent people-watching.
