West End Historic District

Fodor's Review:

The West End Historic District features brick warehouses built between 1900 and 1930 and brought back to life in 1976. There are plenty of restaurants and clubs here, as well as a few shopping opportunities. The neighborhood also hosts the annual Taste of Dallas, a food and entertainment festival held each July. If you have transportation, though, consider trying another dining or entertainment neighborhood, as the West End has lost a bit of its luster.
