Castolon Historic District
Castolon Historic District Review
Adobe buildings and wooden shacks serve as reminders of the farming and military community of Castolon, near the banks of the Rio Grande. The Magdalena House has historical exhibits. A general store, fronted by shaded picnic tables, is good for drinks, snacks, and a friendly face. The Castolon Visitor Center closes in summer.
