Hunting for the really elusive CDs and LPs on your want list? If you can't find it at Waterloo, try Cheapo (and vice versa). A slightly more downscale version of Waterloo, Cheapo is a large, no-frills used-CD-and-LP emporium, where Austin goes to unload its unwanted music and look for replacements. The clerks will probably buy your used products, too—but don't expect to make a mint from 'em. The store hosts frequent free daytime live concerts, and it's open until midnight.
