Fodor's Review:

When the legislature is in session, this is where the lawmakers, Capitol staff, and lobbyists stop in for a quick break. Housed in the historic Brown Building, the small, yet cool environment features a Turkish marble bar that glows a deep amber from lighting beneath it.
