This charming restaurant in downtown's historic Hermitage Hotel serves cuisine with a regional flair, including seafood and Black Angus beef. The Capitol Grille is consistently ranked as one of Nashville's top restaurants by local food reviewers; one described it as serving "opulent food." Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served; there's a brunch on Sunday.
