My husband and I spend our 12 wedding anniversary there this past Sept. 2007. I was nice, please don't get me wrong. I have read a few of the other reviews on the hotel and I could see where some might see it has a Business Hotel. It was a wonderful place though, I would definitely stay again. I must say it was just a bit prices for the room. It is one block from the Ryman though and the bars are not far away, walking distance. Make sure if you take a cab from a bar that you tell them that you know how far your hotel is so they will not ride you around to make the extra money. The best part of the hotel to me were the bellhops. They were wonderful. I have stayed in many places that bellhops but this place took the cake. I must say it was easy to get use to. It was hard going from all the extra service to having to do everything yourself. Just another little note on Nashville, the areas that we went were not really for kids. Keep that in mind. We did not travel far from hotel though. I am sure there is millions of things for kids.
