This five-story hotel is 2 miles from Graceland. It's near several restaurants, and downtown is just a 10-minute drive north.

Not bad at all considering rooms are less than $100 and a short drive (or 2 block walk + trolley ride) from downtown. Rooms are small but clean, the staff is nice, and the breakfast is pretty good - danishes, bacon, eggs, fruit, cereal, etc. The hotel is currently being painted and switched from a hampton inn, so there are some trucks/equipment in the parking lot and plastic around the back entrance.
