Fodor's Review:

The casual riverbank setting and high-energy atmosphere at NOC's eatery draws lots of hungry people just returned from an invigorating day of rafting. There are salads, soups, and sandwiches during the day and fancier fixins' in the evening. The chili's a winner -- there's black- and white-bean versions. For more upscale fare at NOC, try Relia's Garden, which specializes in steak and trout.
