Several ranger-led activities explore the park after dark. Best bets are "Owl Calls and Wolf Howls" on summer nights June-August in Cades Cove, and the one-hour "Twilight Strolls" that depart from the Elkmont, Cosby, and Smokemont campgrounds each night May-Labor Day.
