Fodor's Review:

This mid-size inn less than 1 mi from the east entrance of Mount Rushmore is one of the closest hotels to the "faces" (although you cannot see them from the inn itself). Standard motel-style furnishings fill the rooms, some of which have balconies. Mountain-view rooms are especially inviting in autumn. Pros: Great location near Mount Rushmore, great value for money spent, very warm and friendly staff. Cons: Go to dinner early, because the restaurant closes by 8 PM.
