Disney's typical cheery colors and whimsical designs create a look that's part Southern beach resort, part Adirondack hideaway. The villas here have fully furnished dining, living, and sleeping areas, as well as porches with rocking chairs and picnic tables. It's on a little islet in Broad Creek; many units have marsh or marina views. The smallest villa is a studio, the largest has three bedrooms, four baths, and space to sleep a dozen. The resort has a fishing pier and a lively beach club a mile from the accommodations (shuttle service provided). Kids are kept happy and busy, be it crabbing or roasting marshmallows. Surprisingly, it's popular with couples unaccompanied by children.
