Fodor's Review:
Decorated in a nautical theme and set in a luxuriant garden, the Crowne Plaza is appropriately resplendent. It's the centerpiece of Shipyard Plantation, which means guests have access to all its amenities. However, this resort has the fewest oceanfront rooms of the majors and is the farthest from the water. Its latticed bridge and beach pavilion have seen many an island wedding.
