When a restaurant survives here for more than 20 years, there's a reason. This place has personable, hands-on owners; prices low enough to keep the islanders coming all year, and food that is fresh and flavorful. There's none of the namesake truffles, but there's grilled salmon with a mango-barbecue glaze and -- if you're gonna be bad -- barbecued baby back ribs.
