At this friendly Mexican restaurant, freshness is the key to tasty fare like fried-fish tacos. Next door, Baja Tacos -- run by the same people -- is a simple taco stand with counter service, café tables, and a condiments bar with fresh salsas and relishes. Down a cerveza (beer) as you watch Mexican telenovelas (soap operas).
