The Beach House Holiday Inn Resort Review

This high-rise on one of the island's most popular beaches and within walking distance of major South End shops and restaurants underwent $5 million in renovations in 2012 and has a very upscale yet beach-y feel. With decor in sand, pale yellow, and cool blue colors, standard rooms are spacious; the two-bedroom connecting rooms with ocean views usually have to be booked a month in advance, particularly in summer. The hotel attracts a diverse crowd of budget-minded vacationers, families, corporate travelers, and meeting groups. The $9.95 per day resort fee includes Wi-Fi and parking. The Tiki Hut poolside bar is hugely popular, and the hotel has a new restaurant and bar on the property.
