Fodor's Review:

If you heard that all island restaurants are in shopping centers and lack atmosphere, then you need to experience CQs. Its rustic ambience—heart-pine floors, sepia-toned island photos, and a lovely second-story dining room—coupled with stellar cuisine, a personable staff, live piano music, and a feel-good spirit put most of the island's other restaurants to shame. Chef Eric Sayer's imaginative, original creations are divine. Imagine a lobster triumvirate as an appetizer, with an incredible lobster cheesecake the standout. Imagine a golden-brown Alaskan halibut afloat in a crab cream sauce. Manager Drew can pair your wine perfectly from an impeccable list. The gate pass for Sea Pines ($5) will be reimbursed with purchase of one main course or more.
