Check out iop.net/visitors/beachaccessandparking.aspx for the rules on beach parking outside the Isle of Palms County Park. Parking regulations are strictly enforced. Amenities: food and drink; parking (fee). Best for: partiers; sunset; sunrise; windsurfing.
