This burger-and-beer joint makes just about everything on the premises—from its house-ground burgers right down to the mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Among the don't-miss burgers are the South Carolina, topped with homemade pimiento cheese; the Southwestern, with guacamole and chipotle sour cream; or the Park Circle, with cheddar cheese, coleslaw, barbecue sauce, and tomatoes. Also garnering special mention: Blue's corn on the cob, which is charred on the grill, then
slathered in chipotle butter and Cotija cheese. Sesame's devotion to beer is strong, too, with selections running at least 30-deep. Two other locations can be found in North Charleston at 4726 Spruill Avenue and in Mount Pleasant at 675-E Johnny Dodds Boulevard.
