Isle of Palms County Park Review

Play beach volleyball or quietly sunbathe in a lounge chair at this 600-foot-long beach. This beach is as good as the island's idyllic name. The sands are golden, the water is temperate, and the waves are gentle. It's great for little children, seniors with limited mobility, or those who seek peace. It is also the only lifeguard-protected area on the Isle of Palms. Amenities: lifeguards; toilets; food and drink; showers (seasonal). Best for: surfing; walking; swimming.
