Fodor's Review:

This neighborhood is distinguished by white-picket-fenced colonial cottages, antebellum manses, tiny neighborhood churches, and restored (or new) waterfront homes with pricetags in the millions. It's a lovely area to stroll or bike. The Blessing of the Fleet seafood festival takes place each April.
