Waterfront Park
Waterfront Park Review
Enjoy the fishing pier's porch-style swings, stroll along the waterside path, or relax in the gardens overlooking Charleston Harbor. Home to two fountains, one known as the "Pineapple Fountain," the other a walk-in (or jump-in) fountain to refresh you on hot summer days. The park is at the foot of Vendue Range, along the east side of Charleston Harbor and Cooper River.

Great place to fish. Great place to swing if you have the time to wait for one to open. Don't plan to spend the day or even a good amount of time in the swings as there are lines of people waiting to get on them. Picnic benches are few but make a nice scenic place to lunch. Fountains are beautiful and lots of fun when not too crowded.
