Savvy foodies were the first to embrace the inventive French-Asian cuisine at this Upper King stalwart. The steamed local clams or mussels are a great start, while the daily whole fish special is as fine a plate of seafood as you'll find anywhere in town, although it's difficult to bypass the slow-cooked short ribs. It's easy to overlook this cozy spot, but it's well worth adding to your itinerary because the service is always friendly and the meals are imaginative.
