Although casual, this upbeat dinner spot serves such complex dishes as sea scallops over Italian couscous with lobster meat and black-truffle essence and tagliatelle pasta with fresh tomatoes, spinach, pine nuts, and goat cheese. Maria's has the best wine list in the area. There is a kids' menu, but this restaurant is more adult-oriented than others along the beachfront.
