Fodor's Review

This offbeat museum on the campus of Johnson & Wales University celebrates the joy of cooking and eating throughout human history. There's an authentic 1920s diner, ancient Chinese culinary vessels, displays of mayonnaise makers, marshmallow beaters, other kitchen gadgets, and vintage menus. Unique exhibitions and collections include ephemera on Rhode Island food novelties and contributions by immigrant cultures to the state's rich culinary tradition.
