Red Stripe Review

A giant fork hangs on the outside of this lively neighborhood brasserie on Wayland Square. They do things big here, from the popular 10-ounce Angus burger to the everything-but-the-kitchen-sink chopped salad. The moules (Prince Edward Island mussels) come with a choice of savory broth and hand-cut frites and are uncovered tableside with a flouish, releasing aromatic steam. Menu highlights include lavender-scented brick chicken and cider beer-brined pork tenderloin.
