Chez Pascal

Chez Pascal Review

You know this French bistro will be welcoming and unpretentious from its logo, a trio of pigs in striped shirts and berets. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, Chez Pascal seats 80, yet a dividing wall makes it feel intimate and romantic. The menu always offers escargot baked in butter, garlic, and parsley and a house-butchered pork of the day, but also reflects locally available seasonal produce. Lunch is served in an open kitchen inside the main dining room called the Wurst Kitchen. A takeout window serving sausages and sandwiches is open during lunch Tuesday to Saturday.
