Apsara Palace

Apsara Palace Review

Don't let the nondescript storefront fool you, this busy Hope Street pan-Asian restaurant is well known for serving some of the best Asian fare in a city with ample competition. Recipes from China, Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia dominate the lengthy reasonably priced menu. They have great nime chow (spring rolls) and natang (crisp rice patties with a sauce of ground pork and coconut) as well as Cambodian rice noodle soup with duck and scallops stir-fried with cashews and Chinese vegetables.
