They come for Tazza's robust house blend brewed mad-scientist-style with siphon pots that boil water heated by halogen lamps. The result is a cup of joe without bitterness or acidity. You can also opt to get your brew hand poured over coffee grounds directly into your cup. The unique brunch menu combines lunch fare like grilled pizza and Angus bacon burgers with a variety of sweet and savory breakfast options like beignets and shrimp-and-cheddar grits.
