This Italianate-style villa with a mansard roof is not as grand as other Newport mansions, but it houses a remarkable collection of art and furniture gathered by the Morris family of New York City. Built in 1861, the home was designed by Newport architect George Champlin Mason.

Open: Mid-June-mid-Sept., daily 10-5; tours offered on the hr by reservation
