Beehive Cafe Review

This aptly named busy two-story café is a favorite spot for local college students and foodies who appreciate fresh-baked bread and the famous Butternut Sandwich ($9), made with roasted butternut squash, tangy-sweet pesto and tomato with baby spinach, and carmelized onions and Vermont cheddar. The breakfast menu served every day until 3:30 includes gingerbread pancakes, sweet potato biscuits, and homemade granola. Dinner is served Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
