Operated by Brown University, the Haffenreffer Museum of Anthropology abound with some 80,000 objects and artifacts that relate to the studies of indigenous people from all over the world. Highlights include Taoist paintings from 17th-century China, canoes and kayaks used by native peoples from Alaska and northern Canada, and katsina dolls from the Hopi tribal lands of Arizona.
