Regional takes on French cuisine fill the menu at this upscale yet homey establishment inside a stately gambrel-roof 1785 Colonial on Thames Street. Nightly specials are based on the fresh catch from Rhode Island waters (scallops, swordfish, clams), plus such Gallic classics as Dover sole with sorrel sauce and pork tenderloin with goat cheese and vegetables in puff pastry. The wine list offers a nice range of New- and Old-World varietals.
