Carolyn's Sakonnet Vineyard

Carolyn's Sakonnet Vineyard Review

The 50 acres at this vineyard produce about 30,000 cases a year, including an award-winning peach-lemon flavored Vidal Blanc and a dark, fruity blend of Cabernet Franc and Chancellor named Rhode Island Red. The vineyard extends tasting-room hours during the summer, when it hosts a concert series on Thursday evening. For $10, you can enjoy a tasting of six different wines and keep the glass.
