Hotel Manisses

Fodor's Review:

The chef at the island's premier restaurant for American cuisine uses herbs and vegetables from the hotel's garden and locally caught seafood to prepare superb dishes such as littleneck clams Dijonnaise, baked lobster mac-and-cheese, and seared halibut with brandade potatoes, bay scallops, and a leek confit. Be sure to try a side of the lobster mashed potatoes.
