Fodor's Review

Innkeepers Ashley and Glenn Mon fill their hilltop country house with Southern hospitality and British style: breakfast by candlelight, evening cordials served on the Empire sideboard, a solarium with wicker hampers perfect for impromptu picnics. The Mons, who formerly owned a New Orleans B&B, furnished the elegant 1856 Federal-style home with Ashley's family antiques. But the place isn't at all fussy—there are comfy chairs and sofas on which you can put your feet
