Gilmore's French Cuisine Review
Owned by Peter Gilmore, a former chef de cuisine at Philadelphia's well-regarded Le Bec-Fin, this intimate restaurant serves classic French cuisine with a modern American update. The menu includes traditional favorites, such as escargots in puff pastry with a champagne-butter sauce, as well as more unusual dishes, such as Caribbean butterfish coated with coconut and almonds and paired with a spiced beurre-blanc sauce.
