This is the world's largest electronic retailer, which in one year alone answered more than 180 million phone calls, shipped more than 165 million packages, and recorded nearly $8 billion in sales. On a one-hour guided tour of the company headquarters you can catch a glimpse of its round-the-clock live broadcast from five studio views and see how QVC products make the route from testing to television. The tour is designed for ages 6 and up. If you want free tickets to
be part of a studio audience for a live broadcast, call ahead or visit the Web site to reserve a seat. The studio is wheelchair accessible.

Drove all the way out here from Northern Virginia - about 3 hours each way. Looked around for all of about 10 minutes and decided they weren't selling anything worth buying there. If you truly LOVE QVC, then go for the tour, but DON'T come here expecting to shop! The store is about as big as a ONE department at Sears. My wife thought she could buy things she saw on TV and save money on all the shipping - $$ WRONG $$. They just have a few items
available. We spent $55.00 on gas and tolls + a day of our time, and my wife bought some candles. Don't even bother if you happen to be in West Chester.
