The décor in this Shadyside eatery is desert chic. An eclectic menu, influenced by the cuisines of southern France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Tunisia, includes double-cut pork chops, duck breast, and lamb osso bucco. The extensive wine list includes more than 40 labels available by the glass.

This restaurant is one of my favorite is Pittsburgh. the understated, but elegantly exotic design matches the excellent food. I would make this a must for anyone visiting Pittsburgh.

I went here because I was taking a walk and wanted to stop in for some lunch. The food that I ordered was good but it was a bit overpriced. The service was good though. I also went here for brunch and I thought the food there was way too pricey, you can get a cheaper eggs benedict at the Walnut Grill.
