This hotel feels like a bad Days Inn, not a Holiday. They gave me a rooom that was already occupied. Front desk personnel more interested in finding out who was in the room than assigning me a new one. The room I ended up in was dirty, no pictures on the wall, beds had no headboard, just mattress on springs, so pillows were propped against the wall. Bathroom had no toilet tissue or washcloths. Key wouldn't work past first time, back to the front desk for new key. When I hung up my clothes, clothes rack pulled out of the wall and fell at my feet. Called the front desk, they explained all the racks did that due to an error by the painters and maintenance couldn't fix because they couldn't get the right hardware. There's a Raddisson nearby, stay there.
