Positive experience

All in all, hard to find anything wrong during our stay. Could use more of a customer support staff, but you get what you pay for -- and it's hard to argue with the rate we received. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

location location location

This is totally fine- and it is the location that makes it even better. We stayed there for an orientation at U Pitt and what was great was that we did not need the car at all for our stay. It is so conveniently located. The room was nice, not luxurious but better than I expected. The hotel also has a computer work room which is available to guests along with fax and office supplies. Very nice.

Doesn't Make the Grade

I've stayed here a couple of times bec my child goes to college nearby. I keep hoping it will get better. It doesn't. My room smelled so heavily of smoke I couldn't breathe. The response was to spray air freshener! The parking is difficult. The spaces in the underound parking were made for compact cars. My breakfast included package turned out to be a voucher that would pay for a cup of coffee and some toast. My reservation for a cot wasn't available

when I checked in even though it was still mid afternoon. The staff wasn't especially helpful or friendly.

No Bellhop, poor service

We stayed for the weekend and had to carry our own bags up to the room. The hotel offered no service other than someone at the front desk.
