Fodor's Review

Founded by Mary Kay Scarlett and her daughter Liz, and now owned by Liz alone, this delightful shop at the corner of 3rd and Race near the Betsy Ross House features an ever-changing assortment of unique jewelry, housewares, and stationery, as well as toys, soaps, and teas. Items are displayed on furniture designed and handcrafted by Richard Scarlett, Liz's father; it's also for sale or custom order.
