Smith & Wollensky

Smith & Wollensky Review

Adjacent to the Rittenhouse Hotel, this lively outpost of a New York classic steak house is on two levels—a café-type bar on the first floor and a traditional dining room upstairs. The restaurant serves a typical steak-house menu with some unique variants: all the steaks are dry-aged on the premises, a roasted pork shank is a permanent menu special, and a 28-ounce Cajun rib eye is the runaway favorite of locals. A baby lobster is a delightful appetizer.
