Adsum Review

The adventurous and the hip flock to Adsum to sample the daring dishes cooked up by chef Matt Levin, who in his former life elevated Lacroix—a buttoned-up, uptown hotel restaurant. Now that he's downtown, he's gone a little wild with robust dishes that are on the fatty end of bistro fare—duck-fat fries, foie gras poutine, ricotta-stuffed gnudi, pork-belly tacos, fried oysters. If you're going for dinner, follow it up with a movie, not dancing, but know the meal is well worth next day's food hangover.
