Is it a bar or a restaurant? It seems most like a bar until the food comes and you taste chef Peter Dunmire's food, which is quite a few steps above pub fare, with steamed mussels in white wine and crispy Atlantic salmon in Thai coconut curry sauce. Weekend brunch here -- challah French toast, arugula and beet salad, smoked salmon club sandwich -- is some of the best in the neighborhood.
