Don't arrive starving, because the sushi here always seems to take a little longer than you'd expect or hope for. Still, the small, rust-color room fills up quickly on the weekends with sushi lovers who kvell over creative house combinations like the killer maki—broiled eel, cucumber, scallion and salmon skin—and the "hot dog" roll (broiled yellowtail, asparagus, and scallions).
