Fodor's Review:

Across the street from the brooding Eastern State Penitentiary is a more welcoming spot—Mugshots Coffeehouse and Cafe, a neighborhood hangout offering organic fair-trade coffee, fresh juices, and smoothies, as well as an all-day chalkboard menu of bagel-and-egg sandwiches, soups, mini-frittatas, veggie wraps, and even good old reliable peanut butter and jelly.
